Architecture Exterior Color Options
The below link should be used in choosing new paint colors for your home. As always, a change request must be submitted to the architectural control committee before any work can take place.
Under the guidance of professional designers, the approved colors have been updated in 2023 to keep on trend and help maintain the value of our homes. Please choose colors based on the style of your home (red brick front, stucco, painted brick, etc.) For painted brick options, siding and brick should be painted the same color.
Most paint stores can cross reference the brand specific color codes found in the book.
