Change Requests
Before submitting a request, please visit the Homeowner Docs page for Berkshire Covenants, Bylaws and Architectural Guidelines for altering the look of your home. Failure to comply with neighborhood bylaws and architectural guidelines could result in work being redone at your expense.
Our property management company processes all architecture requests. Your request is checked and logged into their system and then forwarded to our Berkshire HOA Architecture Committee for review and approval. Once reviewed, you will receive a postal mail approving or denying the request. The process typically takes 7 to 10 days; however, it can take up to 45 days. It you have question or wish to check on the status of your request, please wait at least 3 days before following up with the property manager [ https://www.berkshiresuwaneehoa.com/p/Property-Management-Contacts ]. You can also check on the review status via email [ [email protected] ].

Login using your Heritage username and password.
From the Dashboard page, select: "Submit A New Request"
